It recognizes a figure of cardboard box by 3D image processing. The information, which the machine recognized, changed into Location information. It can move and lay different sizes of boxes.

If you use it, you would reduce operation process and worker’s tasks.
Some other companies also sell picking and loading systems. However, those are only for same sizes of boxes. Our 3D Cardboard box depalletizing makes it possible. Even though, different sizes boxes are piled in a heap.

This machine recognizes figure of card board boxes by 3D image processing. It conveys randomly piled and different sizes of cardboard boxes.

◆Feature

  • The machine can recognizes objects 3D, extracts pattern, systemizes controlling robot and pick up randomly piled baggage.
  • There are two registration methods. Customers can choose it as they like.
    2-dementional method…Attach a camera to recognize actual things. Then, resist it.
    3-dementional method…Install 3D-CAD data with STL form.
  • It can use for plain or a curved surface things with projector (3D image processing). It might not use for glossy things.
  • With the obstacle inference calculation of a handling course, figure an appropriate locus to the supply point and control a robot.
